The Organic Spirits Company draws much of its Scotch Whisky knowledge from the director’s well over 60 years of experience in the industry.

The subtle differences of organic distillation and of unpeated malted barley, linked with the use of first-use Bourbon casks, creates a very individual Single Malt. Finished in French organic Sauternes casks, it delivers an outstanding finish in the mouth.
