Successful start to Summer for Curio Spirits Company
Curio Spirits Company, inspired by fragrant botanicals and natural ingredients, has captivated curious connoisseurs as it marks the start of a successful start to summer with an award and new national distribution.
Curio is the creation of husband and wife team William and Rubina Tyler-Street who set out in May 2015, to introduce a range of bespoke spirits to trade that once tried, would entice and beckon.
The young Cornwall-based craft spirits company is pleased to announce that it has been awarded BBC Good Food Champion status.
Designed to highlight the very best producers of artisan food and drink to food lovers and industry professionals the recognition has aided the company in its recent successful debut at Imbibe Festival, London.
Curio Spirits Company has also been picked up by a well-established national distributer, enabling the small company to continuing punching well above its weight.
The company has seen business increase by 75% in the last three months compared to 2015.
William Tyler-Street, co-founder says: “We are currently enjoying a brilliant run at Curio Spirits. We are incredibly passionate about our premium-quality products and it is fantastic to see industry professionals celebrate what we do.”
He continues: “We had a great time at Imbibe in June, and that coupled with our BBC Good Food Champion award, has cemented the relationship with a national distributer. We can now really begin to grow our business all over the UK!”
Curious by nature and Curio by name, the genre-redefining craft spirits range from Cornwall includes age-old ingredients to create tipples that are flavoursome with every sip.
We’re delighted that Curio will be bringing their award winning spirits to the Spirit Show London, see more from Curio here.
